Our approach
FosRich specialises in some of the most demanding environments in industry, working at height, in confined spaces and on live and complex plant. In work like this, safety is not a document filed before the job starts. It is planned into every scope, resourced properly, and led from the front on site.
The same discipline drives our quality. We would rather scope a job thoroughly and do it right the first time than rush and rework, because on the assets we maintain, quality and safety are the same conversation.
How we keep people safe
From the first site walk to the final handover, our safety system follows the same four principles, no matter the size of the job.
Every scope is assessed before work begins, with job safety analyses and safe work method statements that identify the hazards and set the controls for the specific site.
Our technicians and tradespeople are trained, ticketed and experienced for the work they do, from height safety and confined space entry through to pressure welding and rigging.
Every height and confined space job is backed by a trained standby rescue team, so if something goes wrong we can respond immediately, not wait for help to arrive.
Hazards, near misses and observations are reported and reviewed so lessons feed back into how we plan and run the next job. Safety is treated as something we keep improving.
Every scope, every discipline
Rope access and confined space are where safety gets the most attention, but the standard does not change when the work does. Whether we are welding on a shutdown, running a crane lift, maintaining a gas plant or turning around an emergency breakdown, the same planning, controls and discipline apply.
Every trade we field works to the same expectation. The job gets done safely, or it does not get done.
Our specialist strength
Most incidents in our industry involve falls, confined spaces and access. It is exactly where FosRich is strongest. Our rope access and confined space capability means we reach difficult areas by design, with controlled entry, correct equipment and a rescue plan in place before anyone goes to work.
Quality assurance
Quality on industrial assets starts long before the tools come out. We scope thoroughly, assess condition honestly, and plan the work so it is done correctly once, protecting asset longevity and avoiding the cost and risk of rework.
Safety and quality are never finished. Every job teaches us something, and we build those lessons back into how we plan, resource and deliver the next one. Reviewing, refining and lifting our own standard is how we keep our people safe and our work at its best.
